Costs added to account

I have an account with the Foschini group, I am not satisfied or happy with them. I see on my account that I pay R20.00 to have my statement emailed to me, this is not fair as they have no cost to them emailing it to me. They also charge me for smses they send to me, this was their choice to contact me this way, this was never discussed with me. I need answers and a refund for the time that they add this to my account. I also made arrangements with them to pay the account on or after the 10th since I am retired and only receive my pension the. They confirmed with me that it is fine by them and no late charges will be added to my account, needless to say, the also add the late charges every month. Thank you Magda
