Cost on Account unauthorised

<p>I have a Foschini account for many years but i do not use my account often. I paid up my account en of Jan 2017. Now i get phone calls saying i owe R180+ on my aco**** but the collections people can not tell me what this is for.</p> <p>I have to call Customer services , i have to do the collections job for them. Really.</p> <p>I do not get anything from Foshini in the post. not even a account.</p> <p>Please explain what do i have to pay for.</p> <p>You guys are *****ing clients money. and this is agains the constomers protection act.</p> <p>These charges needs to be revered , I am closing my account.
