Cost added to account without authorization

I refer to my previous reviews. TFG Funeral confirmed that an amount of R1902 will be written off my account as it was incorrectly allocated without authorization. Just to clarify, i am still waiting for TFG platinum club to make contact with me as no contact has been made from the platinum club department. Thank you TFG for reversing the fees on funeral cover.

Just a side note - my interest should actually also be amended as i paid interest from 2014 on both funeral cover and platinum club fees.*** Interest is paid on the balance of the account.

Platinum club, please get back to me urgently.
