Cost added to account without authorization

The following review was posted 2 weeks ago: 'My husband has a American Swiss account for almost 4 years. We reasently noticed that funeral fees etc is charged on the account fo all these years but we did not apply foe these charges. It amounts to almost R100 per month for almost 4 years. I want to know why this was charged without authorization and if it can bre written off as we did not want this when he opened the account. We did cancel this but they did not even give us a chance when we wanted to enquire why this was charged to the account.'

TFG contacted me for the account details last week and confirmed they will contact me again the week of 3-6 April - still have not heard anything from them - i require urgent feedback.
