Constant phone calls
I am one month in arrears on my Donna Claire account and know it but my goodness, is it necessary for the call centre to phone me up to 3 times a day? This morning alone I have had 4 phone calls in half an hour. I am at work and can not be on my phone all the time to hear what I already know! Wait for payday guys! Please can you stop the constant phone calls during office hours?<br>
