Constant Harassment from TFG call center
I opened a Foschini account this year and since then I have been bombarded with relentless phone calls, to my cell wanting me to sign up for various insurance policies and club memberships. I have told a number of call center staff to stop calling me I even blocked the number, now they have resorted to calling me on my office number. Really FOSCHINI STOP HARASSING ME. I feel like closing this account just to never hear from you again. Also I have been married for the past 12 years yet they opened my account on my ****en surname and refuse to change it without my marriage certificate even though i completed my forms with my correct surname and a copy of my ID. I am very dissapointed and very unhappy, if I had know that you would call me at least 12 times a day i would never have opened this account with you. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MARKETING LIST !!!!!!!!!!
