COMPLAINT!! RUDE CASHIER

<p>My name is Precious Zuma</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 30-Sept 2016 I had to deal with a rude cashier at Foschini in Benoni Lake Side Mall, her name was Exinah, I was buying marked down clothes for kids, when I got to her at the till she just took the clothes and ********** the yellow mark down stickers whilst explain to her colleague next to her that they did not remove the stickers even after the mark down is over, I had to ask her if there was a problem ? with such attitude she rep**** and said the mark down is over. I really don’t understand why as customers we have to be treated with such disrespect, no explanation no apology just buy at the price we tell you at the till. that is the feeling I got.</p> <p>Your cashiers like Exinah need to go for customers service training "how to deal with the customer" . and Foschini need to give us the correct prices not surprise us at the till.</p> <p>Please deal with this as such will make people like me not shop at Foschini!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
