Complaint ignored
i laid a complaint about a product I purchased. 1. the product Ponds Age miracle Intensive cell regen. 2. i was told to return it and specify what the reason was. 3. i did so and nothing happend untill i called head office and complained My face had a very bad reaction to the product my face broke out in a ****ile rash and left scars i still have problems were the rash reoccurs even if i only wash it.
WHAT NOW WHO DO I SPEAK OUT TO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
