Subject: Complaint: Early Closure of Foschini Store at Protea Glen Mall I've been shopping at Protea Glen Mall regularly, and I've noticed that the Foschini store consistently closes earlier than the required time. During the week, they close at 18:00, and on Sundays at 14:00, they often shut down 20 minutes earlier.

The issue isn't due to a lack of customers, but rather a habit of closing early. This has made their service seem unaccommodating, forcing us to shop at other malls. As working professionals, we find it challenging to shop during their limited hours.

I hope this matter can be investigated and addressed. It's frustrating to have to seek alternative shopping options due to their early closures.
