Complaint Bad Service from Sterns the Grove Mall

I was at Sterns the Grove Mall this afternoon 15 January 2020 around 16:00 to have a blue Police Mens watch booked in for repairs. One of the two young sales assistance told me to come back tomorrow as the workshop opens tomorrow. I told I could not come in tomorrow and would be able to come in over the weekend. She told me it's fine I can come in over the weekend they would book in the watch. I asked her what was the reason for not booking in the watch today anyway. She told me that they are not allowed to keep customer stuff at the shop as anything could happen and they would be responsible for the items and that the courier has already left and next pick up is tomorrow. I asked her how often does the courier guy come and if I was able to come in on a Sunday afternoon what then as they are not able to keep customer items at the store. She told me she would be able to booked in on a Sunday afternoon. I then asked her what is the difference between me booking in the watch this afternoon and it being picked up tomorrow by courier and booking in the watch on Sunday afternoon and it being picked up by courier on Monday. You won't believe the answer she gave me. It was the most stupidest I have ever heard. "Yes on Sunday we will be able to as it will leave on Monday. So I guess it will bot be in the store over night from Sunday afternoon to Monday as it would be Wednesday afternoon for Thurday pick up. All I say is if you don't want to work stay at home and give those who seriously want to work the jobs that you are occupying and then not delivering proper customer service. As for me it costs me time and money to be taken from pillar to post for pure laziness and lack of customer service. I went up to American Swiss and was assisted with no hassles. Big up to the Lady Lizzy who used to work at the very same Sterns I am complaining about and is now at American Swiss the Grove Mall. She had always been a good assistant to me since I have known her from Sterns.
