Complaint against employee

Good day. I wish to forward an official complaint regarding an employee named Teri Ross.Working at Fouschini in Belleville....maybe you know her?. She has taken a watch that I got as a present from oversees, into the jewelry's section at Fouschini Group for a replacement of a battery. It is worth around 6k. Not rerurned. She has also withheld numerous stuff from her house. I asked her numerous times...4 weeks ago, where can I collect it ,but rude inappropriate answers. I want to file an officially legal complaint against this employee. If this matter will not be resolved in the next week I will take the matters to her employer and further legal action.
