Complaint about Foschini at the Grove Mall in PTA EAST

I am very disappointed with the service i received at Foschini at the Grove Mall in PTA East, the employees treated me with no respect by ignoring me and my request, imagine someone telling you i will not be talking to you while you are a customer and needing their assistance, This Foschini refused to exchange my T shirt that still has a tag on and with a slip, I left my item at the store and i want my refund back, i don't want to exchange anymore.
