Good day,

Please assit,I bought a phone on the 10th of Sep at Eastgate,On the 24th I decided to use my new phone and ditch the old one only to find out the new one has factory default,I could not hear callers,I took it back on the 30th,They took it back for repairs

My heart is sore as I realise I bought a broken phone.I mean warranty is compromised,Its already gone for repairs whilst and it supposed to be a brand new phone,Im paying full amout with interest for a phone that has factory default.Im very very upset.
