Pls assist me i have claim for the Funeral Cover for my Father and it was not paid in full and I was told that my cover does not cover in full if your member is above 75 years old, what worries I was not told like that when I took this funeral cover therefore I was exoecting full amount paid out of R12,400 not half R6,200. I will appreciate if they can play back the Records to proof this Terms and Condition if was really binded. 2nd issue i ave not received my Gift Voucher Benefit of Funeral Claim over 4 months, i do call the Foschini weekly but they failed to assist me, I also go to Southgate Branch where my claim was proccessed & for witness no help at all. I believethe lady by the Name "Emma ***" deales with Gift Cards claims but she does not answer her line at all. HelloPeter pls intervien I need help.
