Complain of being charged 3 times on one cell phone insurance

Hi my name is Gift Makamu I have a problem with Foschini group I have insured my cellphone for R59.50 but I am charged three times now iam paying R178.50 on a monthly basis my foschini act is paid up now but the balance that iam owing is R912.62 because if the changes, pls I want to pay only R59.50 for one cell phone, and I want the opening balance to be cleared because my act is paid off thank you.
