Complain

I have a complain about TFG. I paid up my foschini account on the 17/09/19. After phoning numerous times and being told to pay R35 for a clearance letter, I still didn't receive one. They are quick to call if you owe them, but rather sluggish when it comes to deliver a simple service. Their consultant are *********** and have no costumer relations.
