complain about poor service at Westgate mall foschini

good day,I had a bad service at foschini west gate mall,I bought laptop on march and July I took back to the shop because it was not accessing WIFI and also its under warranty,after 2weeks they called me to come and take my laptop to maponya mall to IT people because they take time to take laptops, I told them I cant take because im far im staying at Florida Hamberg and also what if something happens to it ,thats only call i got from them,I waited and waited after 7weeks I saw that its taking too long I called customer service on 25august and they gave me ref number Cs*** and told they gonna call me after 24 hours ,I never got call from them,I called them today to enquire about my laptop and its more than 24 hours,and i even told Im going to report their bad service, when i call them them they now tell me my laptops is in waiting list to go to Maponya mall, I told them you're telling me because I called , its been 9weeks now without laptop, im students, i have to do assignments, I have electronic books there and they dont care and told them it's very bad service your giving me may you please tell foschini to refund me my money so that I can buy other laptop to do my school work im tired of using internet cafee while I have laptop from Lerato Tembo cell no *** or *** alternative my daughter's cell no Tshego because im student you can call her too
