collection fee/charge

I have a TFG account and I'm in areas - I know that.<br> But to make matters worse TFG has a collection agency that calls you and sms's u to pay the owed amount. <br> <br> I owe one month of installments.<br> <br> My problem is that TFG charges for the call and sms made by the collection agency. That charge gets paid by me. How are you going to settle your account if there are collection charges every month? Who regulates this? They call and after the call they send a sms, that's a double charge for what? I already have the statement and know how much I owe. <br> <br> I will lodge this with the consumer protector. This is un ethical and shady way to make money.<br>
