Clothing Quality
<p>I purchased 2 different pairs of jeans, 1 at Foshini The Glen and the other at Foshini Alberton City on Sunday 29 May.</p> <p>I put on the 1st pair on jeans on Friday 3rd June & the button **********. On the 4th June I wore my other new pair of jeans, only to find that evening that the jeans have already ripped by the seaming. I am highly disappointed at the quality of clothing, this is R499.00 a pair of jeans, which is clearly poor quality and workmanship. Ive already gone back to Foshini Alberton City for them to get me a new pair of the jean were the button **********. But the one were the seaming is wripped I can do nothing about as it had already been worn, the tag thrown away and now put in the washing machine. Extremely disappointed at the quality of clothing you are producing, and now I must must sit with a R500 debit on my account with Jean that are not right!</p>

11 Jun 2016, 07:50Not once has someone contacted me to sort this issue out from the stores! My mother was there yesterday to change my jeans where the button had come off that they received stock from Benoni & low and behold they had no idea as to what my mother was talking about in terms of crediting back my R50 which I had to pay to receive a new pair of jeans from another branch due to the other one being faulty! They simply told my mother to log a complaint. Disgusting! And to top it off I've now worn the Jeans for 2 hours & they have RIPPED by the seaming just like the last pair! I'm extremely disgusted in the service I have received as well the quality of clothing. In total 3 pairs of jeans from Foshini in 2 weeks & every single one of them the quality is shocking! I am now having to fit the bill to get these jeans fixed by someone reputable enough to actually know what they are doing! Surely I should get my money back for these jeans from this ridiculous and shocking service I have received from you!
