Good Afternoon<br> My name is Philile Zandi Shezi I am a very sad customer as i went to the Foschini branch in Jabulani Mall to exchange 2 dresses which my fiance bought for me as a gift, unfortunately they did not fit me. As i went to their store i explained to the cashier which i don't have her name she looked at me then called for Georgina who happened to tell me that the other dress was dirty and the other one they could not take it as they don't sell occasion wear i must tell my fiance to take it back to the store he purchased on, She told me that in front of other customers which looked at me as if i stole the items, I am the customer that wont be shopping at your store and also my family members and i will also make sure my friends also don't, i have never felt like this in my LIFE
