Clinique Consultant at Foschini Sandton City

On 12 February 2016, I went to Sandton City after work to purchase a facewash from Clinique in Foschini. When I got to the store, I found that the Clinique consultant left for the day so I asked the Estee Lauder consultant to assist me. The Estee Lauder consultant checked the drawers for stock. I normally use the Liquid Facial Soap Mild but they only had Extra Mild. The Estee Lauder consultant said with Clinique it's always good to go \lighter\" so I should take the extra mild. Got home and used one squirt only to find that there was no foam whatsoever and did not work for me at all, I went back to the store the following morning and spoke to Mpumi, the Clinique consultant. She was extremely rude and said that she will not be able to take back the facewash as it is not \"resellable\". She then showed me an alternative to the one I normally use as she was not sure about when new stock will arrive. What I don't understand is, if Foschini is opened till 8pm, why wasn't there a Clinique consultant in store till 8pm? I had to buy 2 facewashes overnight as if money is growing on the tree! Not my first encounter with Mpumi. Pity there is not enough space to explain the first one. Fed up!!"
