<p>I visited the Foschini store at the Irene Mall on Thursday 27 October 2016.</p> <p>I took 2 bra's to fit. There were no staff at the fitting rooms. I looked around, no staff came and I proceed. I came out and took 2 panties. Went back to the fitting rooms, no staff again. I looked around again, but no one came. I thus proceed and fit the panties over my own underwear. When coming out of the rooms there was a staff lady standing outside. She scolded me immediately, in a very harsh and loud manner, with: "Are you aware that we don't allow fitting of panties!" I answered no, sorry, I did not know, but I also fit them over my own underware. She went on again, saying louder, "We don't allow you to fit panties!!".</p> <p> </p> <p>What was I supposed to do? There were no staff at the fitting rooms. How was I supposed to know? I am 57 years old and this lady was talking to me as if I was in primary school. Thus I said sorry, and gave the bra's and panties back. Seeing that it was my birthday month and I had a voucher for R50 off on a R250 spending, I thought of making use of the opportunity.</p> <p>Foschini, for the sake of other customers, make sure your staff are on their posts, make sure they know how to handle customers.
