Check your account statements every month especially those with a debit order instruction

Please check your statements from time to time. TFG has a tendency of charging interest on interest free accounts with debit order instructions. I have been charged interest on numerous occasions where the 1st has fallen into a public holiday or a weekend. Its been such an inconvenience.

I have requested for a call back (can't call) from their device department to change payment accounts, but till this day, I have received zero feedback.
