Cheap knockoffs sold as high end clothing

Okay so here is the problem, I bought a pair of jean about 2 weeks back, given it a wash as per instructions and used it, after the first wash its so darn stretched out that its falling off me, I checked where it was made on the label and it says Mauritius, cheap China mall clothes are being sold a very high prices!!! So anyway I called the store to advise them of it and a girl answers I told her my problem and she tells me that they cannot help me and puts the phone down what the hell man, I paid so much of money for a pair of jeans and I cannot wear it, the quality is horrible and cheap. I would like a new pair of jeans or a refund that's it
