Charges for what??!!!
What are all these extra charges on my account for???<br> I am being charged R 30 for Account benefits - what is that for? I cancelled any account benefits on my account a long time ago already. <br> And what is a COL.LETTER FEE ? I haven't received any letters.<br> <br> I get charged a R 2.51 sms fee EVERY month - for what? I NEVER get any sms's from Foschini - not even to give me an account balance. I changed my cell number with you years ago . You CANNOT charge me for \so-called"sms you send to a number that doesn't even belong to me anymore - for 5 years already!!!!<br> <br> These extra charges are very convenient because you know that people don't get their accounts through the post. So you just charge left"
