CHARGED UNKNOWINGLY FOR UNRECIEVED MAGAZINE 6YRS

I have never knowingly accepted a magazine subscription with Foshini or realised that this was being debited as i never receive post from you so I pay my due balances electronically & view the outstanding amounts online with TFG. (Which is not detailed - only shows monthly installment & what was last purchased) It is very rare that I receive anything from you in the post. In January I received a posted statement & magazine for the first time. I opened & viewed it confused about the magazine just to see a charge for the club magazine. Noma-afrika Zonke was called at your customer services and the problem explained to her. She then assured that the magazine subscription would be cancelled as of January 9th 2015 & said she would send me all my statements dating back to 2009 so we could look at them , which Tanya Coetzee sent for me two weeks later. I have now received another 2 magazines & am still being charged. I have been charged for this Club magazine unknowingly since 2009 and never even received it?! I will need refunding on these magazines as well from the time that Noma-afrika Zonke assured me I would no longer be charged. This is unacceptable please address urgently.
