change of address

Tried to change my postal address. Called into head office. Was told that I failed my security test and my account is blocked. I went to the branch in George garden route mall. They phoned head office and was told that it was a mistake to block the account. The branch must faxed through the details. It is 3 weeks still nothing done by the accounts dept. I am a honest customer and get treated like a ********. I had enough of being treated like this. I have paid my account up and will never enter any of the foshini group stores. I will spent my money at your oppositions. But i will also tell friends and family not to buy from you.
