Cellphone return/exchange

On the 02 November 2020 I went to Foschini in Welkom to buy a phone, I asked on of the staff members working with phone for advice cause I needed similar phone to the one I used as it was user friendly.

She then advised me to take Nokia and I asked her specifically if it had same functions as the Huawei Y7 I used she said yes.

I then bought what she recommended and when I got home I realised that it is not the phone that I wanted and the next day On the 3rd November 2020 l returned the phone to get the another one but the lady who helped me told me that they do not exchange phones. And this phone is difficult to use , when I try to open my bank app's , I couldn't, I visited my two bank they also failed. They told me to go back to the store,in the store they also failed to open bank app's.

l told them today the 10th November 2020 to change the phone they told me that I should have returned the phone within seven days. I told the manager that I did return phone within 7 days and they still refused to take the phone.
