Cellphone Policy undisclosed

I'm experiencing rejection with the insurance on the cellphone contracts I took in your shop because of the policies the shop doesn't have. Now I can't get help as my phone got lost in a vehicle but that was not in your policy when I bought the phones. Why are policies undisclosed?
