Cellphone insurance bad service

I wont advice anyone to deal with foschini insurance claim department their service is the worste ever they treat customers with no respect and i notice thats its either their way or no way....I am so mad at this people if i never deal with them ever again itll be to soon.... i submitted a claim only to find out later that they never recieved my papers and i had to pay a 912 onceoff on my account then they notified me my claim has been approved however the phone i had is no longer in stock they basically force me to take a phone thats 500r cheaper than the phone i had i am such a unhappy customer i am willing to pay 200r more for a phone with basically the same features as the one they offering but they refuse to see my point.Their service is Bad Bad Bad
