Cellphone Insurance

I bought a cellphone at Foschini Parow Centre on the 1 October 2014.<br> <br> When I purchased a phone at Foschini Parow Centre, and I indicated that I want insurance on the phone, on the sales document of the Cellphone it stated that Cellphone insurance required as yes. I was under impression that this is an indication that this means that the cellphone insurance has been taken out, and I assumed that the my monthly installment includes the cellphone insurance.<br> <br> <br> Last week I went to Foschini and they indicated that a Yellow form needed to be completed when I bought the phone, but this was not disclosed to me when purchasing the phone and as mentioned that I was under impression that the cellphone insurance required stipulated as yes on the sales document suffice.<br> <br> <br> So now I want to know what is my position as the sales person was negligent in not informing me of all required forms that needed to be completed. <br> <br> <br> As a result due to Sale person not informing me of this I am in a worst position as what I would've been as the cellphone was ******.<br> <br>
