cellphone insurance
<p> Good day..... hope you can help, as i am running out of ideas of where to turn.....</p> <p>Last year September (2016) I bought a cellphone on my foschiini account at Watercrest Mall, kzn. I also signed paperwork to get insurance on this phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>a month ago my son got ******, and his phone taken. I did everything that was required, blocking phone, black listing phone, getting case nr, etc etc etc, handing in all paperwork to foshini...... only to be sent from pillar to post because someone that side obviously didnt do their job properly - the paperwork for the insurance was not captured by the looks of things.</p> <p> </p> <p>from my side i did everything right. i feel it is not my problem if they didnt do their part of processing their work on their side. I signed a deal, and they failed on their side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where do I go from here?</p>

Going for 4 days after i posted my problem..... and still waiting for anyone from foshini to maybe help me. I phone watercrest mall every day, only to be told area manager IS STILL SICK, or zanele says she will phone me back. Ja right. Im the one doing the phoning. Terribly disappointed with foshinis lack of customer care.

It has been a week since i posted in hellopeter..... and still no one from foschini has contacted me.....

Thanx to my own efforts, and getting hold the bestest person ever, Pratika at Westwood foshini in westville, she managed to orginize for me to get a phone at Watercrest foshini..... they credited my account with the old phone, and debited me for the new phone..... at least i got a phone now.
