Cellphone insurance

I have a cellphone insurance with foschini under finrite, i realised on my statment that i was charged for two cellphone instead, I complained on the 3rd of June I spoke to Danielle Nell one of the consultant via the email I was promised to be credited on my account on the 12the which it will reflect on my next statement that i'm going to receive

I received my statement and I was not credited
