Cellphone insurance
Good morning<br> I did bought cell phone at Foschini Menlyn and it was insured. it was lost and did report to fochini church street in February 2015 not sure of the date. The IMEI no.*** and ITC Blacklisting ref no: ***8 .After a week I received a call from insurance dept requesting my marriage certificate and affidavit from the police , I did submit to menlyn branch as requested till today I haven't heard from them. <br> <br> I therefore request your intervention in this regards
