Cellphone insurance
I bought a cell phone at foschini with my account , i have been paying my account month in month out including the cellphone insurance , i lost my phone in December 2015, than submitted my claim on the 29 December 2015, I was told to come check the outcome after a month, i went there to check for the outcome on the 19/02/2016 i was told that they still don't have a respond from ( FINRITE FOSCHINI GROUP) . The question is how long does it take foschini do payout their insurance claim or they don't at all. I'm going for a 2nd month now still no respond. As we speak i still pay my account including t he insurance of the phone that i Do not have any more . <br>
