Cellphone Claim
On the 30th of June i took my damaged cellphone into our Foschini in Welkom Goldfields, We did three follow ups to date and to my surprise the phone is still lying with them to date. We phoned the call centre twice of which we needed to hang up after 20 minutes due to non response. Their insurers requested that they need to send the phone last week on the 8th of which they clearly neglected to do. overall the stores salesladies attitude is appalling including the Cellphone Floor Manager \ who claimned it is not her fault and i can phone headoffice if i wish to"I am very dissapointed in Foshini service Welkom Goldfields Mall."""
