Cellphone came back from repairs problem not fixed

After being kept 7months in store for repairs, cell phone came back from repairs but after a week the phone had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. In March 2015, I took back the phone AGAIN! Today, I decided to go check in store since no one bothered to let me know if it's back or not. Guess what? I get there and the phone is in store, out of anger I take it home without checking. Once I get home to charge it, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE THE PHONES CHARGING POINT IS OUT AS IT WAS ON THE DAY I TOOK IT IN FOR REPAIRS! Now if you call this service delivery then I clearly am clueless because seemingly my phone spends more time in repairs then on me. Tell me why I bother paying insurance money when NOTHING is done. Last time I was told the insurance company wasn't to blame because they only got the phone late from Foschini. I dp.t want excuse I want a proper working phone, count all these 56
