<p>I bought a Samsung J 2 last year April at Foschini Soshanguve Crossing Dual my phone is still on guarantee I took it back to shop on the 15 January 2017 it has a speaker faulty the lady by the name of Pontsho helped me booked my phone for repair now Sunday 05 March 2017 Went to the shop and asked about my phone the guy by the name of Abel helped and the guy was so nice to me he said he is off Monday but by Tuesday I must try to call he will do the follow ups the guy did that he called me and said they say my phone is liquid ****age and my phone didnt fall and I was so care ful with my phone they say I must pay R1700 something for repair I told the guy I dont have that money they must bring my phone back they guy Abel called me again he said they say if they return my phone I must pay R300 if not so they wont give me my phone nd my question I'm still paying that phone and what about the guarantee</p>
