Cell phone package - parts missing / possible theft

We bought a Samsung package at foschini - a J5 phone, bluetooth speaker and memory card. On opening the package at home , the speaker did not work and there was no memory card. The speaker was replaced but the memory card seems to be ""not part of the package " - It says so clearly on the box advertised. No attempt to replace , please or rectify. So its either total complacency or theft of the card. What now? And why must the customer go back and forth to get what they paid for?
