Cell phone insurance its bad at Foschini as whole m still waiting for my daughter phone I claim with them but they said they won't help because my document was send to the store and the store never received those doc,they call then and cons

Experience that I got their with the store its good but the cell phone insurance the bad people all I have been talking with them keep sending to all directions, unlucky for me I haven't received any help , the store assistance cried also on Friday to help me ,she phone other store but still no lucky she did do follow-up but all call centre does the same thing , Funny I end up buying another phone for my daughter, i new something fish their because the following day i submitted my documents they told me that the band i signed with Foschini was Band B and the one i signed its Band C which i took out the one i signed and said Band C, I showed the guys and but anyway the insurance people I want them to paid me back what m paying with them and the rest will deal with it later.
