Cell phone insurance claim

I log a Cell phone insurance claim on the 3th of May till to date my claim is still pending no respond from Monitor. This is very bad to me because I'm paying them every month and my policy is up-to-date. I already spent over R600 of airtime to call the every day still no assistance
