Cell Phone Insurance cancellations and ******* for fees. SMS cost charge that i never agreed to.

It's a total shock to see big companies not caring out and acting of the Consumer Protection Act. I am still paying for cellphone insurance that i have cancelled on the following date 2016-07-20. I have sent e-mails to cancel my two insurances that i took out on two phones i no longer have. I cancelled it because it was a waste of time and money to have insurance with a unreliable stores like Foschini. The Tablet i bought from them had to be fixed because i took out this so called insurance,to my surprise my tablet was never fixed instead it was sent back. I then decided to cancel it but until today i am still paying for this insurance that could not cover the repair of my phone. I followed up again 2017-08-17 if my insurance was ever gone be cancelled, i was still not assisted. I sent a mail again 2017-08-21 but still no resolution. I have even called but no luck. I fell i am being ****** of my own money. If you take the following amounts of my insurance (R 53,00 Tablet insurance cost) multiply by 17 months = 901 (R 44.00 BlackBerry insurance cost) multiply by 17 months = 748. The total amount i have paid after my insurance cancellation request is a total of R 1,649. Where is the fairness in this regard? Will i be refunded? Must we take this to the Ombudsman ?

SMS Cost

Why is there sms cost on my statement but yet i have never received any sms? Why am i paying for cost i am not using?

Please just provide me with assistance to understand.
