cell phone insurance

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>my daughters phone were ****** close to a year now. i did all the paper work handed it in at the fix then still fashion express festival. to this day nobody made any effort to contact me. pathetic is to a good word. then when i bought a new phone to replace the ****** one they had the fine cheek to phone me again to ask me if i want to take out insurance on the new phone - what a ****** joke. in the mean time when i phoned to cancel they were not willing to assist me at all. so i'm paying insurance on a cell phone that i dont have any more- ********** 939</p>
