CELL PHONE

I purchased cell phone to value R 6000 on 23/07/2019, Cell phone was sealed inside the box, This phone was a gift for my wife and she don't want it. I called Foshini store in Pinetown only to find out that I cannot return cell phones. it states on my receipt that I can exchanged or return an item as long as it is not opened or used, I am not a happy customer, I will never shop AT A FOSHINI GROUP AT ALL
