I am one of the unhappy customer, last month i went to foschion gateway to buy a phone for my daughter well i got the phone and the lady that was helping us nosipho told us that if however the phone gives us problems within 7days we must bring the phone back, well to bad the phone started to frizz and we took it back but when we got there the lady denied the information that she gave us and the 7days is over by a day well she told us that the 7days you don't count the weekends so when we came we knew it was the last day of the 7th day, well they booked the phone for us and told us that we will wait for 7days than the phone will come back but gec what until today my daughter doesn't have a phone and when we phoned they said they can't cll were the phone is they communicate with a warehouse thru e-mails am so ****ed course today it full month and still nothing from them
