Caution One2one is a living nightmare!!!

I love the tfg groups stores but recently they have been a terrible disaster. I have been trying to cancel my subscription to the one2one data contract as from April 2019 till now and recently lost my Sim card and I went to MTN to do a Sim swap only to find out my number is not registered with them. I went to sportscene but the sales people were not able to help me out because they are not aware how the one2one contract works. I then went to Foschini and they were able to help me out and I was informed to wait for 48 hours and that was Thursday and still I'm out of service. By looking at the Sim swap comments on Hello Peter it terrified me that others have been waiting for months. I don't think the tfg group understands how one's cell phone number is almost has an impact as to a Identity number. I hope by Monday the Sim card is in functioning working order. I just can't wait for months to get my number especially after I tried to cancel for several months. If I had seen the reviews before subscribing I would have have never and now I know I would never ever recommend it to anyone else. I regret the day I joined..
