Caused embarras*****t

I support Foshini Cresta often,people in your store know me by name,anyway wanted to purchase shoes and perfume for my wife,relised after scratching in my wallet don't have my account card.Made two payments at star of month with no card and they accepted.Not interested in checking my identity,took my purchase to the back with my contact details and said when can you come back I said tomorrow to purchase items with my card.I made contact with your service department,promised to get back to me ,didn't,phoned back and was laugh at by your service adviser. Point is I'm a good client,in my time of need Foshini not interested in assisting me ,that's fine I'm going to pay it up,please don't send me any future marketing material either,your people are not professional,and I must now continue being loyal to you,no more.
