Card replacement

I went to foschini earlier today to have my ard replaced as I misplaced it. I was asked for a ID by the store assistant which I provided to her. She said the picture she saw on the system didn't match my ID picture so she refused to replace my card. The picture that appears on DHA is my passport picture and no one walks around carrying their passport. Anyne employee with common sense should know that they just need to veryfy if the picture on DHA looks like the person in front of them and the ID/license they are provided with. I only had today off work to sort out my card issue now I still don't have a card!
