Cancelling of Account

Morning<br> <br> Why it is so easy to open an account but when you decide to close it then they give you stories, yesterday I was in the shop to cancel the account suddenly they told me they can not be able to close my account I need to call certain lawyers to cancel. why do we have to call lawyers to cancel and we don't need to tell lawyers we are opening account what is wrong when I don't want the account any more. And as for the fact of telling me to call this lawyers and that well I do not have garden that produce airtime. I went to the shop for account opening and I should also go to shop to close/cancel the account that's how it should go end of stories. what is it with this retail stores
