cancelled subscriptions in 2014 at the Cleary park

Between February 2014 and June 2014 i cancelled my foschini magazine subscriptions at the Clleary Park outlet. The person assisted told me that she will cancel it for me and then i must check the next month ...and so i did , needless to say , i've been charged since that time and just found out today that there is a policy on the account . I am very dissapointed as i phoned the number on the sms's i received a few times to get this sorted , but had no luck as yet . ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS ON THIS ACCOUNT
